Before you order

Each edition shows its own availability. Physical books come from Penny’s inventory; future titles marked Pen in progress are not open for ordering. The final price and available fulfillment choices must appear in the secure store before payment.

Shipping, pickup and local delivery

Shipping charges and eligible pickup or delivery options are confirmed before payment. Local fulfillment must be arranged through the options actually offered for that order. A book price alone does not include a delivery promise.

Handling windows and final fulfillment terms will be shown with the released offer. Ask Penny if an option is unclear before placing an order.

Something wrong with an order?

For a missing file, damaged package or other order question, contact Penny using the seller email in your receipt. Include the book title and order reference in that private message. Do not send a password or card details.

Returns and damaged-order terms still need final owner confirmation. This page does not promise a refund window or change a completed order.

EPUB, PDF and digital kits

EPUB is opened in a compatible ebook app; available text controls depend on the edition and app. PDF preserves the designed page and may require zoom on a phone. Printing and fillable fields are included only when the product explicitly lists them.

A released Payhip digital product supplies files through the completed order and its delivery email. Workbook and resource downloads are offered as complete digital kits or bundles. Check the exact contents and personal-use terms before buying.

Your private shelf

The website uses ChatGPT sign-in. That identity is separate from the commerce checkout. Signing in does not create a purchase or automatically add a book. Only verified titles enabled for your account open in My Library.

PDF reading and EPUB downloads have different controls. Access and any recovery process must be verified for the edition before it is promoted as ready.

Your notes and newsletter

Exercises marked saved in this browser stay in that browser’s storage. Other people using the same browser profile may see them. Clearing browser data can remove them. A saved browser note is not a private account backup.
